RESEPI BAVARIAN CAKE

salam n sejahtera. kali ni resepi kita adalah kek bavarian. mesty ade yang x tau. mayb tau..tp xtau ape resepi dia kan... hehe.. sni saya nk kongsi resepi nya.. xsmua ada resepi ni.. saya da buat bnyk kali dan alhmdllh jadi pulak.. mari kita tengok ape bahan dia..

Resepi :

Bahan A
100gm gula
2 biji telur (amik kuning sahaja)

Bahan B
10gm gelatin (pastikan halal punya k.. kalau bole amik yang vegetable gelatin..)
3 tbsp air

Bahan C
120ml fresh milk
120ml fresh cream

Cara-caranya (method):
1. in a clean and cold bowl, whip fresh cream until smooth and stiff. let it aside.
2. Then, mix sugar and egg yolk and beat until all mixed together.
3. add in the egg yolk in the fresh cream. mix it well. (kalau bole jangan guna mixer, guna spatula bersih)
4. While that, combine the gelatin and water and rest for 2minutes. then, melt it by using double boil method.
5. Add in the gelatin into the cream and egg yolk mixture. stir it again.
6. Then, add in the fresh milk. and stir continuously.
7. In a mould, pour the mixture and freeze it in refrigerator (bahagian beku) until it set.

Tips:
-suhu => kalau gelatin tu panas, biar suam2 baru masuk dlm cream.
